Oggi, 13 settembre, i post-rockers progressivi italiani STRANIA hanno pubblicato il loro nuovo singolo “Metempsychosis”, con Mattia Braghero come guest vocalist. Il singolo è tratto dal prossimo album di debutto della band, “Acceptance”, in uscita in autunno via Diotima Records.
La band ha condiviso:
“Metempsychosis è una canzone che racconta la storia di un vecchio che si avventura nei boschi per ricongiungersi con Madre Natura nei suoi ultimi momenti, permettendole di prendersi cura del suo corpo e della sua anima. Mentre si addentra nella foresta, si sente osservato dagli alberi circostanti, che sono le reincarnazioni di coloro che, come lui, hanno cercato la pace definitiva in quel luogo”.

Attualmente è stata completata la produzione del primo album, “Acceptance”, prodotto autonomamente presso lo studio di registrazione “La Fucina” di Giacomo Salani a Empoli (FI). L’album è composto da cinque brani, composti tra il 2021 e il 2023, registrati in collaborazione con quattro diversi cantanti esterni al progetto.
